Facilities
We have four turnout pastures that are several acres each, and one large 10-acre pasture. The pastures are fenced with smooth wire, with hot wire on top. Each pasture has its own Nelson heated automatic waterer.
The horses are turned out in small groups of compatible horses. Although we attempt to turn each horse out each day, the actual amount of turnout time depends on weather and pasture conditions.
